Payment*: A deposit of 100% of the total cost is required to secure your booking online. Full payment must be completed on the same day in case of cash payment before the tour started .*

Late Payments*: Failure to make payments by the deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking, and the deposit will be non-refundable.*

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customer Cancellations*:*

Cancellations made [30 days] or more before the departure date are eligible for a [full refund].

Cancellations made within [15-29 days] of departure will incur a [50% cancellation fee].

Cancellations made less than [14 days] before departure are non-refundable.

Operator Cancellations*: If we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.*

4. Pricing and Inclusions

Pricing*: All prices are quoted in Euro and Dollars and are subject to change. Price changes will not affect confirmed bookings unless due to changes in taxes or fees.*

Inclusions and Exclusions*: Prices include always the mentioned services, unless stated otherwise. Excluded are personal expenses, travel insurance, tips, etc. and in each activity and tours there are mentioned Exclusions please read carefully .*

5. Changes to Itinerary*

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will provide suitable alternatives or refunds for missed activities, where applicable.*

6. Travel Insurance*

We strongly recommend that all customers purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost belongings. love2travell is not liable for costs incurred due to lack of insurance.*

7. Health and Safety

Health Requirements*: Customers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in the tour. Please inform us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.*
Safety Compliance*: All participants must adhere to safety instructions provided by our guides and staff. Non-compliance may result in exclusion from activities without a refund.*

We act as an agent for third-party providers (e.g., hotels, transport services) and are not liable for their actions, omissions, or performance.

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest.
